Journal of Law and Policy

Brooklyn Law School’s Journal of Law and Policy is now seeking articles for publication in the Journal’s upcoming Spring edition. The Journal welcomes submissions from both academics and practitioners, covering any area of contemporary law and policy. This journal considers authors whose articles discuss some intersection of the law and policy landscape. That intersection may be colored by a wide variety of underlying topics, so long as a law and policy nexus exists.

Articles to be considered must be between 30 and 80 pages with a minimum of 150 footnotes.

We are currently seeking articles for our Spring 2025 issue. Editing will begin in January and substantive edits should be finished by mid-March.
